Blogger Prompt WK 10

Blogger Prompt - Week 10, Term 1, 2018

Your Success - Who is responsible?

This week is all about ‘not giving up’.

We are almost at the end of term one and we thought this was the perfect time to chat about what to do when things get hard!

Watch the videos before answering the prompts. They may help develop your thinking around having the ‘courage to continue’.

1. "Failures open the doors to success!" Tell us about a time when you failed with something?

At cheer I was doing round off tucks and i went so low that I scraped my head on the floor i learnt from that to go higher in my tucks.

2. Tell us about a time when you had success? What did you do to achieve success?
The first time I did a back handspring I was so happy then I got my round off tuck I was so happy I had been practising for ages!

3. We are responsible for our own success and learning. Do you agree or disagree and why?
I agree because you cant get people to tell you answers for ever because your never get better, and you wont know anything.

4. What is a challenge you have faced this year? Explain what happened.
I have faced in cheer trying to learn to routines because last year I only have to learn one.

5. There's no such thing as an overnight success. What does this mean? Do you agree and why?
This means you have to practice you cant just wake up and you have it.

6. Why do we give up? What can we do to avoid giving up in the future? Who can help us?
We give up because we find things to hard, we could avoid giving up in the future by thinking more positively and we could look up Olympians because they never give up.

7. "If you do what is easy, your life will be hard." What is this trying to tell us?
If you keep doing easy things your never progress.

8. Inner confidence and self-belief are the keys to success. Do you agree or disagree and why?
I agree because you have to have confidence in your self to achieve things.

9. Who is responsible for your success?
Me, Myself and I.
